Risk Management

Manage Risk, Communicate, Deliver.

Never has there been a time when the care and keeping of those participating in our events has been more critical. JDC Events has team members certified by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, with decades of experience in managing the intricacies of event health and safety.

Comprehensive health and safety services will help your organization carefully assess and mitigate hazards, ensuring a safe experience for everyone involved. This reduces your risk and, in turn, your liability, which improves your bottom line.

  • Implement and enforce event protocols.
  • Inform clients of union labor rules and regulations based on jurisdictional requirements.

How Does It Work?

JDC will guide you through creating a comprehensive health and safety plan to govern your event.

Beginning with a risk assessment, JDC will provide you with a list of recommended measures based on the event’s size, scope, and location. From there, we’ll outline the event protocols and collect and organize the health and safety measures offered by your venue, contractors, and suppliers into one guiding document. Next, we create a risk mitigation and crisis management/communications plan. The crisis management plan covers every likely contingency, from emergency preparedness to first aid services to mitigating the spread of disease. In short, we will make sense of it all so you can remain focused on engaging your community.

Come showtime, our team will maintain oversight of the plan and initiate safety checks throughout the event.

What’s the End Result?

Working with a dedicated health and safety team helps ensure that all staff, subcontractors, exhibitors and vendors always adhere to best practices.
