How Does it Work?
After the project kick-off, we’ll dive into the details through a design summit. Then we will conduct a formal venue search, beginning with outreach to venues to secure current availability, estimated costs, health and safety protocols, room layouts/configurations, and information about onsite activities, food and beverage, and A/V. JDC will also highlight options for nearby activities and excursions. JDC guides the contract negotiation and manages all event logistics.
JDC Events provides a mix of activities to create a fun atmosphere, allow for relaxation, promote teamwork, and encourage participants to collaborate and get to know each other better. This fosters innovative ideas to help bolster content discovery.
Following daytime activities, participants can enjoy a unique evening experience to engage the senses and encourage conversation. JDC Events can design a fun-filled, culinary-focused evening, complete with a themed menu, signature drink (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), tasting experience, and a unique take-home gift.
