About This Project

Charged with a hefty mission of keeping the United States’ food and drugs safe, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s Office of Acquisitions and Grants Services (OAGS) conducted a three-day symposium featuring leading experts and policymakers who discussed the latest trends and strategies in acquisition excellence, and their application in support of the FDA’s overall mission.

The goal was to provide its workforce with training and guidance for enhancing their professional effectiveness.

Our experienced conference planners led the charge through identifying a high-energy and motivational keynote speaker who would “open” the 150-attendee conference and present on customer service and conflict resolution strategies.

We also created and maintained the online registration event website, managed the collection of all presentation files, coordinated speaker audio visual needs, produced certificates of completion and managed the logistics on-site.

As a follow-up, we drafted and sent personalized thank-you letters on behalf of OAGS to all presenters. As a result, attendees received engaging and memorable take-away strategies from the speaker and overall conference teachings. The process was also smooth and worry-free for the client.
