Open Position: Sales Representative


We are looking for an experienced, independent and results-driven Sales Representative to join our event design and management company. The Sales Representative will be responsible for bringing in new clients through qualification and selling of digital and live events. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong track record in targeted prospecting and closing. This is a full-time position reporting to the President & CEO. 



What You’ll Do


  • Collaborate with management team to identify targeted sectors
  • Develop and execute strategy on outreach to prospects
  • Qualify and respond to incoming inquiries through website, email etc.
  • Conduct discovery calls and schedule/participate in company demos
  • Develop proposals/quotes for qualified leads/opportunities
  • Track all prospecting activity in company CRM on a regular basis
  • Participate in company-wide “Creative Labs” discussing client projects and new products/services
  • Ensure successful hand-off process to operations
  • Maintain and replenish pipeline

  • Drive. Proven ability to maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects, ask for the sale and close skills needed 
  • Organization. Self-starter, exceptional organization skills and weekly reporting a must 
  • Honesty. In our company, winning is possible with integrity only 
  • Thoughtful Listening. Excellent listening and strong curiosity to offer the best solutions is critical 
  • Great Outlook. Remaining positively focused is a must 
  • Relationships. Having friendly contacts who might become prospects are a plus 
  • Extremely effective written, oral, and presentation communication skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field 
  • Must be able to pass a background check. 
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience using CRM system.
